Assistant Professor of Criminal Justice

Texas Christian University invites applications for a tenure-track position in Criminal Justice at the assistant professor level beginning Fall 2020. The primary area of specialization sought is juvenile justice/delinquency; however, specializations in other areas will be considered. The Department seeks a faculty member who can teach a variety of courses and has an active research agenda, strong classroom skills, and a completed Ph.D. in Criminal Justice, Criminology, or closely related discipline. ABD candidates will be considered as long as the degree is earned by the time of appointment. TCU is situated in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metropolitan area in close proximity to state, local and federal criminal justice agencies and institutions. Salary will be nationally competitive and commensurate with experience.
