Quality Analyst

As a Quality Analyst for the Enterprise Initiatives division of CSSD, this position will participate in delivering quality software in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

 

The focus of this position is to capture, document and analyze business requirements, functional requirements, and design specification to develop test cases and/or scripts to verify and validate systems and application coding effectiveness. The Quality Analyst will assist in defect management and test reports to determine if the software is ready for production. Additionally, the Quality Analyst will lead initiatives for CSSD and other departments to utilize ERM Knowledge, identify processes and standards for the application, and assist teams in the transition to ERM Knowledge.

 

The incumbent must possess the initiative to work independently and effectively interact with peers. Critical that the individual has the ability to accurately interpret requirements to present appropriate testing strategies and methodologies for ERM projects. Requires excellent planning, quality, testing, and writing skills. Must be proficient in the use of testing methodologies and cloud-based software.

Bachelors degree in IS, English/technical writing or related field or equivalent in experience is required. ITIL certification a plus. ASQ certification is a plus.
