Clinical track board-certified Infectious Diseases physician
The University of Iowa Department of Internal Medicine/Division of Infectious Diseases is seeking a board-certified Infectious Diseases physician, in the clinical track, at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor. Individuals under consideration must have an MD or equivalent degree and must have completed subspecialty training in Infectious Diseases. This position is not eligible for J-1 Sponsorship.
This position will involve staffing and administration in the University of Iowa Virology (HIV/AIDS) Clinic, as well as providing both inpatient and outpatient general ID consultations at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. Candidates must have an interest in teaching and clinical care in an Academic setting. Demonstrated interest and experience in the care of persons living with HIV infection is required.
