One Year Appointment for Academic Year 2019-20 Only

 

Teach studio violin at the undergraduate, graduate, and artist diploma levels; maintain a high quality violin studio through teaching and performing activities; continue/expand professional performance to achieve national visibility; teach secondary areas according to the needs of the School as defined by the Director of the School of Music and the candidate’s interests; participate in departmental activities including solo and collaborative performing and other activities appropriate for a faculty member at a major research university. Qualifications:  Doctorate or equivalent professional experience is desirable. Masters degree minimum is required at appointment.  High-level performing ability, promise for national and international recognition as a performer and teacher.
