Assistant Director of International Admissions and Recruitment

The Assistant Director of International Admissions and Recruitment will serve as the primary contact for prospective international students, assist in the creation and implementation of international recruitment strategies, process international student applications, design recruitment materials and web content for international students, and participate in domestic and overseas recruitment activities targeting international students. This position will also communicate with prospective international students in addition to educational partners, agencies and sponsoring organizations to promote UNCP's academic programs and English Language Institute (ELI).

Minimum Training and Experience Requirements: Bachelor's Degree with significant experience in recruitment, admissions or student services. This position requires strong oral and written communication skills; the ability to work with diverse populations; competence in technology and computer skills: the ability to collect and analyze data using the results to implement future programs, plans and strategies.

Management Preference: Successful candidate is required to have at least 2 years of international recruitment and admissions experience.
