Assistant Professor of Professional Practice in Nursing

 

TCU Harris College of Nursing and Health Sciences at Texas Christian University seeks candidates for a 12-month position as an Assistant Professor of Professional Practice in Nursing. Minimum requirements include MSN and an earned doctorate in nursing (DNP or PhD).  Educational preparation and clinical expertise in advanced practice nursing as a Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and current board certification is required. Preference given to candidates with experience in graduate nursing education. Experience teaching fully online, simulation, and interdisciplinary learning a plus. Candidates must hold or obtain a current, valid, unencumbered license to practice as an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) in the state of Texas. Rank and salary are commensurate with education and experience.
