Assistant, Associate or Full Professor (HS Clin, Clin X, Adjunct, In-Residence) - Radiology

The Department of Radiology (http://radiology.ucsd.edu) is committed to practice excellence and diversity within the faculty and staff and invites applications from outstanding candidates at the Assistant Associate or Full Professor level, who are interested in a clinical role as Breast Imaging Radiologist, at Eisenhower Medical Center.

The successful candidate would participate in clinical and research programs.

The candidate is expected to participate fully in all the clinical activities of the division and will be responsible for interpreting breast ultrasound, guided breast imagery, and biopsies.

Candidates must have an MD; be board certified/board eligible in diagnostic radiology, Breast Imaging or Woman's Imaging fellowship; and, an active California Medical license or be eligible for a California license or equivalent certification/permit as determined by the California Medical Board. The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate exemplary clinical care in the field of breast imaging.

Previous clinical experience and expertise in all aspects of breast imaging are preferred.

The appropriate series and appointment at the Assistant, Associate or Full Professor level will be based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.

Salary is commensurate with qualifications and based on the University of California pay scales. Appointments may require candidates to be self-funded.
