University Services Associate 2

The University Services Associate 2 serves as the office support professional for Student Involvement. This staff member is responsible for providing administrative and financial support for the units and student organizations, works closely with front desk operations, and oversees all operational functions of the unit. Key responsibilities include purchasing student and staff travel and supply orders, co-coordinating student organizational renewal and other support functions, and administrative and office processes with the Front Desk. The Office Administrator is supervised by the Business Manager in Student Involvement.

The qualified candidate will possess:
-Experience working in an office environment
-Experience in customer service from in-person, telephone and/or electronic communication environments
-High school diploma or equivalent

The well-qualified candidate will possess:
-Associates or bachelor’s degree
-Experience with data systems (PeopleSoft, OrgSync or similar)
-Excellent written and verbal communication
-Experience managing financial processes
-Experience organizing developing processes
-Experience with people from diverse backgrounds, specifically young adults
