Full-time electrophysiologist

The Division of Cardiology in the Department of Internal Medicine at the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics is recruiting a full-time electrophysiologist at the rank of Clinical Assistant Professor.  Candidates must have a MD or equivalent and be authorized to work in the U.S. 

The candidate must be board certified or board eligible in cardiovascular diseases and clinical cardiac electrophysiology. The successful candidate will have hands on experience in electrophysiology and noninvasive cardiology, including transesophageal electrocardiography. The candidate will work 5/8ths at the Iowa City VA Medical Center, to include working in the EP lab and reading transesophageal electrocardiograms.  The candidate will spend four days a month at an outreach location.  In addition, the candidate will have UIHC clinic and work in the UIHC EP lab.
