As a direct report to the President, the EVPRP serves as Senior Research Officer for the University. The new EVPRP is responsible for increasing the scale and impact of Purdue University’s research enterprise; providing oversight of Purdue’s interdisciplinary, large-scale research hub, Discovery Park and the Office of International Programs; and includes the management of staff within the Office of the EVPRP. Stewardship and expansion of the university’s $660 million research enterprise consists of developing new opportunities for sponsored research growth through innovative programs and partnerships and strengthening the University’s research infrastructure.
