Mott Community College (MCC) is seeking an Executive Director of Systems, Operations and Strategy that serves as a trusted advisor and principal aide to the President by providing advice, support and leadership on a wide range of matters of institutional importance. The person who is successful in this position thrives on responsibility, handling complex situations and multiple priorities, and providing leadership for strategic initiatives.

 

 

We are seeking a leader with a demonstrated track record of accomplishments related to an institution's priorities, goals and objectives important to a president of an organization, initiatives, and daily operational project management and completion of organization goals. Master's degree or equivalent experience. Five (5) or more years of progressively responsible experience demonstrating successful accomplishments or outcomes in an organization of similar size, structure, and complexity.
