Teaching Faculty

The Department of Computer Science at the Missouri University of Science and Technology (Missouri S&T) in Rolla, Missouri is seeking outstanding applicants for a teaching faculty position at the level of Assistant Teaching Professor, although highly-qualified applications for Associate/Full Teaching Professor may be considered as well. Appointment will start Fall semester 2019. Missouri S&T as an institution provides uniquely excellent support for non-tenure-track teaching faculty, with a full career progression through: assistant teaching professor, associate teaching professor, teaching professor, and named distinguished professor positions. A competitive salary commensurate with the rank of the position and qualifications of the candidate will be offered.

Applicants must have a demonstrated record of high-quality teaching and hold a graduate degree, Ph.D. preferred, in Computer Science or a closely related field by the appointment start date; M.S. may also be considered.
