Organizational Behavior Faculty Position

We are seeking an exceptional scholar whose research and teaching contribute to our Organizational Behavior programs.  The Division of Behavioral and Organizational Sciences (DBOS) at Claremont Graduate University has graduate programs in Organizational Behavior, Positive Organizational Psychology, and Human Resource Management. The candidate’s research and teaching should contribute to one of these graduate programs.

This is a tenure-track graduate faculty position at the rank of advanced Assistant or Associate Professor.  Candidates should have completed the Ph.D., demonstrate a strong record of or potential for research publications, possess outstanding teaching and mentoring skills, and have a history of, or potential for, extramural funding. The successful candidate will be expected to supervise graduate student research and to teach courses in our M.A. and Ph.D. programs.
