Summary of Position:
The Nutrition Program in the Department of Agriculture, Nutrition, and Food Systems at the University of New Hampshire invites applications for a three-year, benefits-eligible, renewable, non-tenure-track Clinical Assistant Professor position to commence fall term August 2019. This assistant professor will primarily be responsible for clinically-related teaching in the UNH Nutrition Program. We seek a gifted nutrition teacher and mentor who will offer undergraduate and graduate courses to support this vibrant and growing program. Clinical responsibilities include training and supervising students and coordinating student clinical experiences. Other responsibilities will include academic advising of students and participating in curriculum development. Continued employment beyond the initial three-year appointment is contingent on satisfactory performance.

Acceptable Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications include an R.D. and either an M.S. or doctorate degree (doctorate preferred) with experience counseling diverse populations with various nutritional needs (minimum 5 years preferred). Prior post-secondary teaching experience and expertise with current academic technology are highly desirable.
