Job Profile Summary

This senior management position serves in an executive capacity reporting to the President for overall planning, operation, and evaluation of the college’s district-wide talent attraction and retention, culture and diversity programs.    Assists leadership in integrating strategic talent management and rewards initiatives to foster a culture of collaboration, cooperation and transparency while striving for attainment of performance goals.

Oversees the College’s talent attraction retention, culture, and diversity programs, including but not limited to: cultural ecosystems and employee engagement, diversity celebration, respect and recognition, competitive and fair compensation, labor relations, employee relations, proactive recruitment, records management, benefits administration, wellness and work/life programs, affirmative action, equity and inclusion, human resource information systems, and human resource policy development.

Requires an individual with the desire to be the best in the world at their craft and a commitment to integrity.

The position will be Senior Florida Retirement System eligible as of July 1, 2019.

  

Minimum Education:

Master's degree preferred.

 

Minimum Experience/Training:

15 or more years of relevant experience including 10 or more years of management/leadership experience in large, public, or higher education institution.  

 

An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Salary Range:  $112,300 - $179,700 (The college strives to hire within the mid-point of the salary range).
