Vice President for Enrollment Management

Cottey College (www.Cottey.edu), an independent, liberal arts and sciences women’s college located in Nevada, Missouri, is currently seeking a results-driven creative strategist with a track record of success leading teams and growing enrollment to serve as its Vice President for Enrollment Management (VPEM). Reporting to the president, the VPEM will utilize current trends, best practices and previous experience and will apply a data-driven approach to target and grow Cottey College’s student body.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree; a minimum of five years of experience and leadership in enrollment management with proven success in setting and meeting enrollment goals; knowledge of current best practices and trends in enrollment, including leveraging branding and new media marketing strategies relevant to student recruitment in the digital market place; a proven track record of data-informed decision-making; and demonstrated ability with enrollment management systems and web-based recruitment initiatives is essential.
