Associate Dean of Graduate Admissions

The Goizueta Business School in Atlanta, Georgia, is seeking a strategic, engaging, and energetic leader with a commitment to excellence in business education as the next Associate Dean of Graduate Admissions. Reporting to the Senior Associate Dean for Graduate Programs, the Associate Dean provides strategic and operational direction and leadership for the overall prospect engagement, selection and enrollment of graduate students across all programs.  The new Associate Dean is an integral member of the program leadership team that supports Goizueta in providing students a transformative experience educating the best of tomorrow’s business leaders.

The Associate Dean of Graduate Admissions (AD) provides comprehensive leadership and direction to a talented team that operationalizes strategic enrollment planning, engagement and recruiting, admissions decisions, and enrollment processes for a portfolio of highly selective graduate programs.  The successful candidate will bring a creative spirit to the design, development and success of an integrated, innovative, student centered, strategic enrollment management process.
