As an enrollment records specialist, you will oversee incoming mail processing for accurate delivery to admission staff and relevant departments, including electronic Parchment files, e-Scrips, and SlideRoom reports. You will organize materials in the appropriate adviser files, enter relevant prospective student information into the database, and create new student records as needed. You will manage and deliver international and graduate student documents to admission advisers, follow up with prospects who have submitted documents but lack a prospect record, and send out acceptance packets for international students. You will also locate documents that advisers cannot find, maintain file integrity, manage all paid and failed applications, and investigate applicant discrepancies.

In this role, you will function as a backup receptionist, screening all incoming phone calls and directing callers to the appropriate staff members or departments. You will also serve as support for the distribution center, helping with the delivery of university catalogs and other materials, as well as ordering supplies for the admissions team. As needed, you will take part in university-wide activities, including SCAD Days.

The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving, organizational, and computer skills to provide administrative support. They must also be able to travel and participate in weekend or evening work as needed.

Minimum Qualifications: 
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent
  • Ability to travel and participate in evening or weekend work as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree

Certificates, licenses, and registrations:
  • Valid driver’s license

Travel required:
  • Less than 10%

Work Hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
