Account Lead

As an account lead, you will manage existing SCADpro partnerships and conduct extensive research on new markets to develop connections. You will develop, plan, and manage critical partnerships for the department across all SCAD academic programs and provide internal and external stakeholders with logistical support. Your responsibilities will include the development and delivery of professional presentations, coordination of meetings and tours with partners, and the management, implementation, and assessment of initiatives. You will also facilitate training events that provide the SCAD community with an understanding of department expectations and processes for successful partnerships.

The successful candidate will be results-oriented and assertive. They must have exceptional communication, networking, and relationship-building skills, along with customer service and sales experience. The candidate should demonstrate a commitment to the student learning experience and an ability to be a creative, adaptive problem-solver. Strong organization skills and a keen eye for detail are necessary for this position.

Minimum Qualifications:    
  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least three years of experience within a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Management experience with complex projects that involve multiple stakeholders
  • Experience creating and delivering professional presentations, with multidisciplinary teams, and in student mentorship

Certificates, licenses, and registrations:
  • Valid driver’s license

Travel Required:
  • Less than 10%  

Work Hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
