Accounting Analyst

As the accounting analyst, you will prepare daily auxiliary sales reports, manage inventory for auxiliaries, and reconcile assigned general ledger balance sheet accounts. In this position you will be expected to create fixed asset tags, perform ad hoc analysis, and meet strict monthly deadlines. Additional responsibilities will include working independently to clear reconciling items and reviewing/entering data into the fixed asset module for tagging WIP items.

Minimum Qualifications: 
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business, or related field
• One to three years of recent accounting or business experience
• Maintains relevant professional/educational certifications and associations

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Accounting or finance degree with recent experience in accounting or public accounting

Certificates, licenses, and registrations:
  • Valid Driver's License

Travel required:
  • Less than 10%

Work Hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
