As the production coordinator, you will attend weekly departmental meetings to discuss upcoming projects, work with departments to decide the proper coverage and production plan, and open new ClickUp requests into the system upon approval of the senior director. In this role you will ensure pertinent information is included with each request before assigning a photographer, attain essential information to schedule appropriate videographers and photographers on the department’s shoot calendar, manage the shoot calendar, and assist with the recruitment/coordination of student models.
Responsibilities include securing necessary permits when shooting off campus, scheduling all freelance vendors, attaining invoices and submitting purchase requests, filling out the Human Resources Independent Contractors Checklist and Freelance Master Services Agreements, attaining W9s and creating purchase requests for freelance workers, and completing a Scope of Work (SOW) and/or Copyright Assignment Agreement (CAA) upon the start and/or completion of each job that utilizes freelance resources. In this role you will schedule rental equipment, create and sign purchase requests, assist the legal department with rights and clearances, and order office supplies and process payments.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience in communications and media studies or related field
- Must possess strong communication, problem solving, collaboration, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Must be a self-starter
- Knowledge and experience with digital file formats, computer literate, and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
- Able bridge the gap between technical and creative needs
