The Master of Public Administration (MPA) Program in the Department of Political Science and Public Administration at UAB invites nominations and applications for a tenure-track or tenured faculty position in Public Administration (at the advanced Assistant or Associate Professor level). While the area of research specialization is open, the MPA program is particularly interested in applicants with research interest in the area of nonprofit management and/or public-private partnerships. The position will begin in Fall 2019.

 

The MPA Program is NASPAA-accredited, and according to US News and World Report, a nationally ranked MPA Program; it is also one of the four top MPA Programs in the Southeastern US. The MPA Program has both in-service and pre-service students, and enjoys the steady support of organized MPA alumni with strong local and national membership. UAB is a premier, comprehensive research university, ranked as one of the top 15 research universities in the nation.
