As the manager, you will oversee outside and internal rentals, tech production, all theater events, and building work orders. Responsibilities include managing box office setup and sales; coordinating tech requests; managing invoices, payments, timesheets, and schedules; and handling the calendar and reservations process. In this role you will work with various SCAD departments and the SCADshow coordinator to manage all event details. The position also includes assisting the executive director with the planning, management, and execution of the annual SCAD Savannah Film Festival and SCAD TV Fest. Additionally, as the manager you will manage the social media account, secure marketing materials for events, and oversee concessions staff and inventory.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of two years of management experience in event or theater operations
- Must be highly organized and proficient with computers
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- A vehicle

- Less than 10%
