Engineering Technology Program: Department of Engineering Technologies, Bowling Green State University.
Position: Full-time, renewable, non-tenure-track position at Instructor rank in Engineering Technology Program, Department
of Engineering Technologies. Preferred starting date is January 2019.
Primary Responsibilities: Teach and develop undergraduate level courses in mechanical design, modeling & simulation, and
general engineering technology. Provide appropriate service to the department, college, university, and the profession.
- Minimum Qualifications: A master degree in manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, or very closely related
discipline is required. At least one year of industry or undergraduate teaching experience within the discipline.
- Preferred Qualifications: A Ph.D. degree in manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, or very closely related
discipline. Demonstrated ability or potential to teach and develop undergraduate courses in manufacturing engineering or
mechanical engineering. Substantial (3+ years) experience within the discipline.
