Advanced Assistant/Associate Professor,—Interdisciplinary Position with a focus on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Position #00100339

Minimum Requirements: 

  •  Ph.d in Education, Teaching and Learning, Curriculum and Instruction, Higher Education, Educational Leadership, Counseling Psychology, Educational Foundations and Research, or related fields;
  • Evidence and a record of scholarly productivity and the potential for grant funding(Associate level position)
  • Evidence of knowledge and research in an area of diversity, multiculturalism, and equity, relevant to education, health, and/or human development.

Preferred Skills/Desirable Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise and research in area of diversity, multiculturalism, and equity relevant to education, health, and/or human development that has the potential to address the UND Grand Challenges;
  • Strong evidence and academic record of scholarly productivity and success in, or potential for, establishing and maintaining a funded research program in multiculturalism, diversity, and equity.
  • Evidence of teaching effectiveness across multiple teaching modalities (e.g., face-to-face, online, hybrid, blended);
  • Experience in graduate education, including instruction and dissertation advising;
  • Experience working collaboratively with interdisciplinary partners and systems and the demonstrated potential to lead an interdisciplinary team.
