As the research assistant, you will work to educate the public on new insights on trending topics and equip partners to address emergent business opportunities. In this position, under the supervision of qualified university leaders, you will develop quantitative and qualitative survey instruments, plan the administration of surveys, and analyze data to glean insights. Additionally, as the research assistant, you will create information visualizations of insights and results to better communicate their relevance to internal and external stakeholders, including media.

Work Hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in design discipline or writing-intensive research discipline
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign
- Familiarity with survey research software such as Qualtrics, Survey Monkey, or Google Forms
- Meticulous attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- University degree in graphic design and visual experience or a related discipline
- Experience with design research
- Strong writing and project management skills
Travel required:
- Less than 10%
