As an assistant director of graduate admission, you will travel to represent all SCAD locations to the prospective graduate student market. Travel engagements include, but are not limited to, delivering classroom presentations, attending college fairs, and hosting information sessions. You will plan and coordinate your travel to strategically identified four-year colleges and universities in conjunction with regional teammates. You will also manage a caseload of SCAD alumni pursuing graduate studies, acting as their admission adviser in close collaboration with the SCAD offices for student success and advising and career and alumni success.
In this full-time role, you will meet individually with students to provide information regarding the application process, supporting documents, and portfolio counseling as needed. You will also follow up with prospective students, preferably via phone or email, to discuss their interests and answer questions about the admission process and opportunities at the university. All interaction and data records are to be maintained via Salesforce.
Among other duties, you will provide support to the on-campus team by conducting college tours as needed, attending SCAD Days, and providing other staffing as assigned; take an active role in admission training; monitor regular application and enrollment reports; and maintain flexibility throughout the recruitment year to allow for institutional and personal growth.

Work hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other work days and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
