VISITING ASSISTANT PROFESSOR IN MATHEMATICS
ACADEMIC YEAR 2024-25

Scripps College, a women’s liberal arts college with a strong interdisciplinary tradition, invites applications for a one-year full-time replacement position in Mathematics. The teaching load is five courses for the year, including at least three sections of pre-calculus or calculus-level courses.  In addition, advising on senior theses is anticipated. Evidence of excellence in teaching required. Ph.D. in Mathematics is desirable although ABD will be considered. The salary for the position will range from $62,100 to $69,000 and will be based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training.
