The Dean is the chief academic and administrative officer of the College and will lead, alongside a team of associate deans and department chairs, the strategic, programmatic, financial, fundraising, and management operations that support the mission and vision of the college and its role within the university, state and nation. The Dean will join a group of fellow deans and campus leaders who are collaborative, supportive and committed. College of Education and Human Sciences: The College of Education and Human Sciences is unified by a commitment to address the physical, intellectual, social and economic well-being of individuals, families, schools and communities as they function in Nebraska and throughout the world. The interrelated and multidisciplinary nature of the College promotes innovative ways of looking at issues, asking questions and seeking solutions to complex problems.
