The Department of Environmental Sciences at Texas Christian University invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor appointment in the area of physical hydrology starting August 2019.

We expect the successful candidate to: 1) hold a PhD degree in the hydrologic or environmental sciences, or a related area; 2) participate in team-taught courses for Environmental Science majors; 3) teach an upper-level hydrology course and develop a second upper-level specialty course; 4) conduct advanced research in an area of physical hydrology, and 5) pursue externally-funded research opportunities.
