Title IX and Sexual Harassment Policy Compliance Office (Title IX Office)

Provides analytical and executive support to two campus Response Teams and identify, implement and coordinate Response Teams' activities. Maintains data management system for Response Teams and coordinates the delivery of campus metrics related to sexual violence, sexual harassment and sex discrimination data. 

 

Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Minimum 2 years of demonstrated expertise and skill in high-level administrative structures and functions. Demonstrated skill in managing electronic data, making requisite updates and reviewing data for accuracy and trend identification. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills. Demonstrated work ethic, personal responsibility for completion of work independently. Detail-orientated, organized, ability to schedule and problem solve. Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multi-task, and handle multiple assignments with prompt turnaround times. Demonstrated ability to manage confidential, sensitive and explicit information with composure, compassion and discretion.

 

Note: Fingerprint background check required. 

 

Salary: $53,200-$66,500/yr.
