Admission Review Specialist

As the admission review specialist, you will prepare mail/emails for acceptance and scholarship awards and letters, reviewing them for accuracy. You will communicate daily scholarship and admission status changes to all relevant staff while working with other departments to ensure database integrity. In this position, you will assist the admission team in processing application payments and working with IT to complete applications. You will maintain weekly audits.
As the specialist, you will be the main point of contact for all monies and deliver them to student accounts for processing. Responsibilities will include monitoring email accounts and timely completion of requests for all Banner and Salesforce campuses. The specialist will update educator contact information, assist with graduate acceptance files and training for all new admission staff, and update Salesforce and general coding processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
Travel Required: Less than 10%
Work Hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.

- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional analytical and problem-resolution abilities
- Strong computer skills and experience with Banner, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Acrobat
- Superior attention to detail and accuracy
