Provides support to and consults with instructors on the use of the campus learning management system, associated applications. Provides training and consultations on available instructional tools. Serves as first point of contact for help requests and problem reports. Independently provides prompt resolution to most problems impacting instruction, and escalates to other staff as needed. Creates and updates documentation and other support materials. 


Requirements: Bachelor's degree and two years or more professional experience in technical support, educational technology, or instructional design in higher education. Strong written and oral communication and excellent customer service skills. Ability to solve complex problems and manage projects. Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team. Ability to prioritize workload and deadlines. 


Note: Fingerprint background check required. 


Salary: $58,500-$89,200/yr.
