Professor (Open Rank), Social Psychology/Social Neuroscience

The Department of Psychological and Brain Sciences at Dartmouth College seeks applications for up to two tenure/tenure-track appointments (open rank) effective July 1, 2019. Applications are invited from individuals who have exhibited excellence in research and are able to provide high-quality teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels. We are interested in candidates whose research lies within traditional foci of social psychology/neuroscience as well as those whose research bridges between social psychology and a related field (e.g., animal models of social behavior, social cognition, language, social networks). We are particularly interested in applicants who investigate social behavior using naturalistic approaches and/or naturally-occurring sources of data.
