Executive Director of Scholarships and Financial Aid

UH is an innovative and fast-paced working environment and seeks a visionary leader to guide the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid in helping serve student needs and, ultimately, drive the University towards its major strategic goals of being a Top 50 public institution.

The Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid seeks an experienced leader with innovative approaches for pursuing the goal of a fully diverse and inclusive educational environment. The ideal candidate will have a track record of meaningful leadership and effective collaborative leadership across multiple divisions; a forward-looking approach to leadership; subject matter expertise and a visionary outlook for the entirety of the division.

The Executive Director is the chief management and administrative officer for the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid and reports directly to the Associate Vice Provost of Enrollment Services. The Executive Director is charged with leading the office that disburses over $500 million in annual financial aid and works collaboratively with various leaders and groups at the University on enrollment and student success initiatives.
