As a compliance manager, you will provide staff, faculty, and students with an understanding of expected compliances to all policies and procedures as outlined by the university and the local, state, and federal government. You will do so by developing and conducting training programs for employees and through working with university departments on developing and implementing educational programs for students. In addition, you will work with the vice president for international student services and legal affairs to develop, publish, and maintain effective and accessible grievance procedures that provide prompt and equitable resolutions to complaints.
The successful candidate knows how to prioritize to meet deadlines, multi-task when necessary, and remain adaptable and flexible at all times. The candidate has excellent communication, organization, and technology skills. Honest decision making, tactful conflict resolution, and strong analytical skills to interpret policies and develop training materials are crucial qualities.

Work Hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other work days and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.

- At least 5 years of HR or compliance experience and direct experience in employee relations
- Detailed knowledge of the development, revision, and implementation of policies and of employment and discrimination laws
