The Wilf Family Department of Politics seeks qualified candidates for two tenure-track Assistant Professor positions.  We welcome applications in all sub-fields; however, we expect to hire one Assistant Professor in International Relations.  The department seeks excellent scholars with a rigorous theoretical and empirical approach to the study of politics.  The positions are to begin September 1, 2019, pending budgetary and administrative approval.
 
Candidates must possess a PhD by September 2019, in political science or a cognate discipline.  They will have a record of excellent research that has been published or otherwise disseminated in a manner appropriate to career stage, and have the potential to be a future leader of the profession in their field of expertise.  Candidates should also have proven ability as excellent teachers at undergraduate and/or graduate level.
