SCAD seeks an executive coordinator to be responsible for keeping the executive client organized and on schedule. This position is based at the Savannah location.
In this position, your primary goal is to ensure that the work and personal life of the executive client is easier and simpler so that they are free to pursue initiatives and activities of their choosing. You will be responsible for the timely reply to all requests via text, email, or phone. In this role, you will also communicate information clearly and honestly to the appropriate individuals.
The ideal candidate possesses exceptional written and verbal communication skills, the ability to understand and follow instructions, and a high attention and accuracy to detail when reporting and completing assignments. The candidate must be a proactive self-starter with a consistently positive attitude and the ability solve problems quickly while managing several tasks. Discretion, confidentiality, tact, and professionalism are vital.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of software such as Excel, Word, etc.
• Knowledgeable of commercial and private travel
• Exceptional time management, diplomacy, and planning skills
Certificates, licenses and registrations: Valid driver's license
Work Hours:The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. In order to accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other work days and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
