The Project Manager/Business Analyst position will play an integral part on the team, leveraging a unique combination of strategic planning, project management and business analyst skills. S/He will operate cross-functionally to clearly define scope and success criteria, manage schedule, budget and people across simultaneous projects; strategically connect individual projects to the greater vision and direction of the organization, understanding how to prioritize the work of the team accordingly; Track progress against schedule and communicate project status across appropriate audiences; Develop project management standards and oversee training, implementation, and use across non-project management staff.

Required: 

Bachelor’s degree; 4 years of direct project management responsibilities for cross-functional technical projects; Experience giving direction to employees across various teams and/or levels of an organization; 2 years of experience using project management tools; Experience gathering report requirements; Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products. MS Access.

Desired:

Bachelor’s degree in information or computer science or an equivalent combination of education and experience, PMI certification; Experience leading process and/or technology transformation is preferred; 2 years working with WorkFront project management software; 2 years experiences using SQL tool with preference to Microsoft T-SQL; Experience with enterprise reporting tools; Experience in the higher education industry; Experience working in agile environment;
