Process Improvement Manager

The Process Improvement Manager will review and catalog all work processes within CES and identify weaknesses and inefficiencies. Where a necessary process to accomplish tasks is missing, the Manager will work with affected units and personnel to create one. All processes will be documented with a SOP in place along with an updating procedure and training. The manager will work to ensure that all processes be accommodated by the new UA System ERP solution, Workday, and any real or potential problems be resolved as soon as feasible. This position will research, analyze and create new processes for multi-institutional services if needed.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or a related discipline plus three (3) years of relevant professional experience, including one (1) year in a supervisory or managerial capacity.

Preferred: Master’s degree in business, education or related discipline is preferred. Familiarity with Workday software, Lean Six Sigma and continuous process improvement programs preferred. Supervisory and team building experience strongly preferred. Experience in complex systems and organizations with strategic planning preferred. Experience in training and teaching, online module development, process and program evaluation/development, and procedure manual creation and maintenance preferred.
