Account Lead

SCAD seeks an experienced account lead to manage and facilitate the development of brand innovation partnerships for SCADpro, the university’s collaborative design studio that generates business solutions for the world’s most influential brands.

SCADpro operates in the United States and Europe to solve creative and business challenges for Fortune 500 clients, launch student and alumni companies, and provide executive education at the world’s preeminent site for the study of design and creative business thinking. As an account lead, you will focus on sales generation, client management, to include logistical support, tours, meetings, and more for both internal and external stakeholders. You will develop and deliver professional presentations and SCADpro initiatives, taking care to track results and progress.

The successful candidate is results-oriented, assertive, and exhibits stellar communication, networking, and relationship-building abilities. Organized and highly detailed, the candidate is sales focused, excels soliciting and pursuing potential brand partners, can also manage complex projects that involve multiple stakeholders and delivering spectacular professional presentations. Exceptional customer service skills and a knack for creative and adaptive problem solving is essential.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
• Three to five years of management experience in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Significant sales experience that includes partnership management and market research

Certificates, licenses and registrations: Valid driver's license

Work Hours:The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. In order to accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other work days and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
