The University of Nevada, Reno College of Engineering is seeking three dynamic, career-oriented individuals, with demonstrated expertise to teach undergraduate multidisciplinary engineering courses and computer science courses. The Lecturers will be expected to engage in service activities including working in the Tutoring Center. There are three positions available and each position is full time (9-month), non-tenure track. The positions will be available as early as July 1, 2023. The salary and benefits will be competitive and the positions are renewable contingent upon funding.
MS degree (or MS degree candidates within one year of graduation) in Engineering or related field.
Experience teaching college level engineering; demonstration of outreach activities; coaching philosophy; experience building and monitoring student teams.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in informal and formal teams with individuals from diverse communities and cultures.
