Instructor of Baccalaureate Nursing (Multi-year contracts)

 

Expectation of classroom and clinical teaching in the undergraduate campus program. Faculty is expected to participate in service to Indiana State University, the College, School of Nursing, and the profession. Will be expected to advise students. Engage student in curricular and extracurricular activities to advance the institutional mission of experiential learning and community engagement. Assists in student success, and other departmental activities. Demonstrates success in working with diverse populations.

 

Required Qualifications: A Master’s Degree in Nursing; 3 years RN clinical experience in medical/surgical, community/public health, OB/L&D/mother-baby, pediatrics, or critical care; and must have or be eligible for an unencumbered RN license in the State of Indiana.

 

Previous teaching, even if part-time, preferred.
