Minimum Qualifications: PhD in History or closely related field; experience teaching introductory premodern history courses at the collegiate level. Preferred qualifications: doctoral-level training in the topic of Ancient Rome or Greece; experience teaching writing- or research-intensive courses; experience teaching both online and in-person; stated interest in teaching in graduate programs. Duties Include: Teach undergraduate courses in Ancient and premodern History, service assignments, with the possibility of teaching graduate courses. Starting Date: August 20, 2018.
