Executive Director, SCADpro

The executive director of SCADpro oversees the performance of the entire department and will nurture and engage with new prospects, winning deals by using a value-oriented approach. Responsibilities include conducting weekly, quarterly, and annual reviews of objectives and key results such as revenue and the number of assignments for all locations. In addition, the executive director will manage, observe, assess, and provide constructive feedback for presentations and classroom activities for the duration of collaborative projects.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree and eight or more years of business-to-business sales experience in a service-based field
  • Deep experience and expert knowledge of Salesforce or similar platform
  • Proven track-record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Management experience with complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and lead a diverse team of professionals
  • Exceptional writing skills to assist in tactical brief development
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in ownership and key industry influencers

Travel: 10 to 20%

Work Hours:The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
