This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a talented and creative professional to shape the future of graduate education at one of the premier teaching and research institutions in the world.

Reporting to the Vice Chancellor for Undergraduate and Graduate Education, the Senior Associate Dean will lead efforts to enhance the academic, personal, and professional success and well-being of MIT’s 7000+ graduate students. They will oversee a staff of 26 in the Office of Graduate Education (OGE) and work closely with academic department leadership, faculty, administrators, and other offices, in particular those in student and residential life, that support MIT’s graduate students.
