Project Manager

As the PM you will establish positive working relationships with key leaders in other departments such as exhibitions and events to ensure a smooth transition for projects. Other responsibilities include writing briefs and comprehensive communication plans, maintaining a calendar of major events and milestones for projects, and ensuring the timely production of physical and digital materials. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Two to five years of progressive experience in integrated marketing including project management, events management, communications, advertising, and interactive
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (primarily Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Mac OS and Apple Devices
  • Experience using project management software such as Asana, Airtable, or Basecamp

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Adobe Suite experience

Travel Required: Less than 10%

Work Hours:The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
