As the PM you will establish positive working relationships with key leaders in other departments such as exhibitions and events to ensure a smooth transition for projects. Other responsibilities include writing briefs and comprehensive communication plans, maintaining a calendar of major events and milestones for projects, and ensuring the timely production of physical and digital materials. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Two to five years of progressive experience in integrated marketing including project management, events management, communications, advertising, and interactive
- Experience with Microsoft Office (primarily Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Mac OS and Apple Devices
- Experience using project management software such as Asana, Airtable, or Basecamp
Preferred Qualifications:
- Adobe Suite experience
