Assistant Director of Admission

12 Month Salaried Staff FT

As the assistant director of admission, you will travel and foster relationships, building a network of teachers, counselors, students, parents, and other organizations, by attending educational or professional events where you will represent the university. After attending the events, you will follow-up individually with prospective students to discuss their interests and answer questions about the admission process and opportunities, nurturing a positive opinion of SCAD. The ideal candidate will deliver engaging and creative presentations, display strong organizational skills through planning and coordinating travel, and work effectively with individuals and with groups.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Excellent Presentation and Writing Skills
- Ability to Work Independently

Certificates, licenses and registrations: Valid Drivers License required

Work Hours:The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. In order to accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other work days and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
