Customer Service Representative II

As a customer service representative, you will report to the associate director of auxiliary technologies, and your primary responsibility will be to create ID cards, process SCAD Card deposits, update student meal plans, and process requests for parking passes through TickeTrak. You will participate in quarterly orientation for incoming students, coordinate with counseling and student support services for accommodations-related documentation (e.g., meal plan, emotional support animals), and manage inventory for ID card- and printing-related supplies.

Among other duties, you will process meal plan requests and updates, collect payments and distribute MARTA bus passes, and process new hires by creating profiles in Atrium. You will serve as the primary contact for phone calls, departmental email, and the photo portal. As needed, you will also serve as back up for student financial support services and on-site support for events that require use of SCAD Card readers to ensure equipment is working properly and data collection runs smoothly.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Minimum of three years of professional experience in customer service
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (including Excel), Banner, TouchNet, and Atrium

Work Hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
